The gift that arrived in time.
Eid was close, gifts were still missing and ordinary shipping had stopped. One practical advantage made the offer relevant: delivery within 24 hours in Riyadh.

01 / The challenge
The problem behind the brief.
Late shoppers faced the same problem: other stores could only promise delivery after Eid. The opportunity depended on a real fulfillment capability, so the campaign had to reach customers the client could actually serve in time.
02 / The decisions
Where the work changed.
Draw the boundary around the promise.
Targeting was restricted to Riyadh, where the client could fulfill within 24 hours. The delivery promise was the center of the campaign because it resolved the immediate reason a shopper could not buy elsewhere.
Write the problem in the customer’s language.
The creative used a direct problem–agitation–solution structure: forgot a gift, missed the shipping deadline, still need it in time. A simple visual and clear delivery message carried the offer.
Make the offer easy to understand.
A buy-two-get-one-free promotion complemented the urgency. The message stayed focused on the practical combination of a gift, a clear offer and a delivery window the business could honor.
03 / The outcome
The difference it made.
In under a week, the ad-platform capture recorded SAR 119,978 in conversion value from SAR 5,231 in spend, with 1,812 purchases and a displayed ROAS of 22.9x.

04 / The takeaway
A clear answer to a real problem can outperform elaborate creative. The operational promise has to be true first.
