Put exceptional on our radar.
Know someone whose work sets the bar? Put your name behind theirs. A public nomination brings them to our attention; it does not guarantee an assessment or an invitation.
Show us who they are, what they own, and what makes the work exceptional.
A direct introduction
Great work deserves an introduction.
Send your nomination directly to Yousef Abdo, Founder & Architect. Introduce the person, share the work, and tell us what they brought to it.

One piece of work. The brief, their responsibility, and a decision that made a difference.
- 03
Your perspective
How you know them and why you would put your name behind theirs.
Put your name behind exceptional.
A strong nomination carries a reputation. Show us the person whose judgment, execution, and character make the whole Circle stronger. Be selective. Be specific.
Make the case with detail: the decisions they owned, the constraints they faced, and the outcome they created. Give us evidence we can stand behind.
- 01
Craft
Sharp judgment. Precise execution. Depth you can see in the work.
- 02
Impact
Work that changes outcomes for a business, an audience, or a system.
- 03

The discipline to deliver at a high level, repeatedly.

Integrity strong enough to carry the reputation.
A nomination creates consideration. Never status.
Clarity before the next step.
01What makes a useful nomination?
A specific example beats a list of adjectives. Explain the problem, what the person owned, the judgment they showed, and what changed. A public portfolio, a documented case, or work you have permission to share gives the introduction something concrete to stand on.
02Is membership a job at ADS.OPS?
Membership belongs to the professional. Members can work across different companies, teams, and markets. Changing employers does not erase the relationship or the responsibility to uphold the Standard.
03What is the difference between an Operator and an Architect?
Operators advance their craft through the work they own. Architects build the systems, methods, and conditions that help others do better work. Founder is a separate responsibility: establishing the collective and its direction. A member can hold more than one confirmed role.
04Does an introduction guarantee a place?
An introduction creates consideration. The work, judgment, character, contribution, and growth of the person still matter. A nomination does not promise a review date, an invitation, or a public member record.
