Skincare / Rebuilding the reason to believe
Trust before traffic.
An unfamiliar formula, packaging that repelled buyers and a store making promises people did not believe. The first job was to earn consideration.

01 / The challenge
The problem behind the brief.
A cream made with beef tallow, jojoba and other unfamiliar ingredients met distrust before it reached a purchase decision. Broad claims about every skin type and every concern made that harder. A cow illustration on the packaging reinforced the reaction. More traffic alone would not solve the reason people refused to buy.
02 / The decisions
Where the work changed.
Build a store that answers the objection.
The team rebuilt the store around awareness and trust. The operator asked the brand for laboratory testing and relevant health-authority documentation, then reports presenting the supplied documentation prominently. The product still needed a clear explanation, not simply a certificate on the page.
Replace sweeping promises with specific information.
Product copy explained the role of individual ingredients and removed broad, overpromising benefit claims. The brand also addressed the odor concern with a fragrance intended for human-use products. The narrative focused on what a buyer could understand and evaluate.
Serve two speeds of decision.
The purchase path became shorter for a ready buyer while a researching buyer could find the supporting product information. Manufacturing videos, simple ingredient education and user-generated time-lapse content gave the social presence a foundation beyond advertisements.
Give the work time to compound.
The operator credits the wider team and a sustained effort across product, store and content. The account reached five-figure sales before the end of its first quarter; at a later stage, the operator reports that roughly half of sales came organically.
03 / The outcome

04 / The takeaway
When the barrier is trust, traffic is only the invitation. The product, information and experience have to make staying worthwhile.
