01 / The challenge

The problem behind the brief.

Increasing activity is easy to mistake for improving an account. The objective was to prioritize valuable purchases while keeping cost per purchase within the operating constraint.

02 / The decisions

Where the work changed.

  1. Build around the product and the market.

The operator used Google campaigns to build product visibility and focused optimization on conversion value. The campaign setup served an understanding of demand rather than acting as the strategy by itself.

  2. Allow room to deliver, with a cost constraint.

Daily budget headroom was kept available while cost per purchase remained part of the operating discipline. The goal was to let valuable demand convert without treating a higher budget setting as a result.

  3. Coordinate the follow-up.

The advertising was supported by coordinated follow-up across channels. The operator treated those touches as part of a small marketing system around the product rather than judging Google in isolation.

  4. Separate the standout day from the period.

13 March produced seven conversions from SAR 11.56 in spend. It was an exceptional single day inside a thirteen-day record, not the average return for the full campaign.

03 / The outcome

The difference it made.

Across 1–13 March, the supplied account reports 46 conversions, approximately SAR 10,900 in conversion value and SAR 379 in spend: about 28.8x ROAS. On 13 March alone, seven conversions produced SAR 1,484.20 in value from SAR 11.56 in spend.
