01 / The challenge
The problem behind the brief.
Judging the account by its highest return multiple would miss the larger purchase volume in the later capture. The two screenshots cover overlapping windows, so their totals must not be added.
02 / The decisions
Where the work changed.
Keep the dates attached.
The first record covers 12–30 June 2025. The second extends the same starting date through 10 July. The source identifies both as the same account.
Read absolute volume beside efficiency.
The earlier capture shows USD 1,695 in spend and 353 purchases. The extended capture shows USD 4,966 and 780 purchases, alongside a lower reported return.
Compare like reporting windows.
The later window already includes the earlier one. Reading the two dates together shows the account’s progression while keeping each spend and purchase total in context.
03 / The outcome
The difference it made.
The extended record reports USD 32,260 in purchase value from USD 4,966 in spend at 6.5x ROAS. The preceding capture reported USD 14,358 at 8.47x.

04 / The takeaway
A lower return multiple can accompany a larger account. Read volume, cost and period together before calling it a decline.
